23/12/09 - the D5000 was born

and that's when i started being realistic about photos. i loved photos since i was a kid. why? i HATED being in front of the camera. i'd run away crying when i get forced to have a photo taken of myself. that might explain how photogenic i am now. it's always safer for the camera lens that i'm not in sight...

DSC_003. Picture #3 from the camera - not bad, seeing as i had no idea what half the buttons meant 5 minutes after opening the box.

5 days and 543 snaps later, this picture came out. best mate & girlfriend got bored - so we took a leaf out of a 5 year old's book.
