My first photography freelance job!
Went quite well seeing as I charged the camera while nomnomnom-ing these dishes below!
Ended up with a total of 796 photos for the night, with 471 being valued to be edited. If only I had a better computer, it wouldn't have taken so damn long to post process! (a good 8 hours to e precise)
I've got to thank one of my really close friends for setting me up with the job! Even more awesome is that I knew the person so I got taken care of. And by taken care of I mean fed a massive Italian feast that could make you not eat the next day (I woke at 11am the next day not feeling to hungry)
So yes, this was the first proper event where I was the "official" *chyeah* photographer and had the license to go paparazzi crazy. In the process, I dropped the camera once, went through a set of batteries for the flash, got yelled at in Italian by a nonna (don't know whether it was good or not) and had the privilege of attending an awesome event.
apologies to everyone i made hungry.
