 juicy char-grilled U8 prawns & avocado, served with dipping sauces & salsas

 cone bay ocean barramundi pan seared & finished with butter soy on sweet ponzu buckwheat & tomato salsa

popcorn shrimp
 bite-sized prawn tempura pieces tossed with creamy spicy sauce

 grilled eel, cream cheese, cucumber & tempura crunch with jalapeƱo mayo rolled inside out with avocado

sashimi appetiser
 8 pieces of sashimi with wasabi & soy
