so FINALLY i went plane spotting this year!

again going with vb, we went super early, 8am to the airport.

but to our disappointment, the Qantas Drive spot was closed again, so we had to resort to the beach and the mound.. usually we'd get the bad light in the morning at the beach, but due to the overcast conditions we had, we had acceptable light for photos :)

great food was present, among all the drinking that followed. pretty funny watching everyone die fast with the snakes and ladders drinking game - especially because i drove that night..

Father's Day #3 - Marigold Restaurant

Sunday Father's Day dinner was at Marigold in Chinatown!

It's actually been a while since I've been there, so it was good returning to an old favourite. However, it was unusual for me to go there and not have Yum Cha for once!

Anyway, I didn't really get the chance to take food photos, because as a typical chinese restaurant, the dishes weren't served in an amazingly appealing fashion...

Father's Day #2 - Songnhi, St Leonard's

Sunday Father's Day lunch was held at the Vietnamese Restaurant, Songnhi, in St Leonard's.

Arriving a tad late, we resorted to the simple Pho.
